4. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

4.1. ORDER
To place your order you must:
a. Register in https://www.puzzles3dcastelosportugal.comby providing the requested information, namely Address, Telephone Contact, E-mail.
b. Complete the information and choose the options that are made available to you throughout the online ordering process (delivery and billing address; shipping method; payment method) and complete the order process.
c. Done4talent-Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda will honour orders received online to the limit of available stocks. If a product is unavailable, Done4talent-Sociedade Unipessoal Lda will inform the customer as soon as possible as to how to proceed: replace the product ordered with an equivalent one or refund any amount already paid.

4.2. delivery
1. orders will be delivered by carrier and costs vary depending on the delivery address (mainland Portugal or islands). Done4talent-Sociedade Unipessoal Lda undertakes to deliver ordered items as soon as possible.
2. The delivery times indicated on the website are based on our average delivery history and should, however, be regarded as indicative only for future deliveries.
Done4talent-Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda will always endeavour to meet these deadlines but accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience arising from failure to meet them.
3. to follow up an order in progress, the Customer may telephone the Customer Support Service, telephone (+351) 926306229 (Monday to Friday from 9h00-13h00 and 14h00-18h00) or send an email to info@done4talent.com
The delivery time of an order starts counting from the date of the reception of the respective payment.
4. Minimum delivery time for continental Portugal is 3 working days, depending on the availability of products (minimum 2 working days) and dispatch (1 working day). Madeira/Açores/foreign countries on request.
(Note: availability means the period required for the product to be available for shipment. If in an order there are two or more products with different availabilities, the time of the product that will take longer to be available should be considered).

4.3 PAYMENT

4.4 Prices
Prices are to be understood in Euros, taxes included, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.

4.5 GUARANTEES
1.Any order may be returned under the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001 of 26 April. In order to do so, the Customer must return the order within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt by contacting our Customer Support Service: phone (+351) 926306229 or e-mail: done4talent@gmail.com
2.Done4talent-Sociedade Unipessoal, Ldannot accept returns with postage payable at destination or cash on delivery and undertakes to: (a) replace the returned product or (b) reimburse the Customer (within 30 days of receipt of the return) by bank transfer to an account to be indicated, as agreed with the Customer.
3.The returned products must necessarily be in saleable condition, i.e. in the same condition in which they arrived at the hands of the Customer, without any anomaly.

4.6. CLAIMS
The Customer may submit written complaints to Done4Talent - Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda at the following address: Estrada Nacional 8, No. 5 - Ameal, 2565-641 Ramalhal or by sending an email to done4talent@gmail.comYou have 30 days to do so from the date Done4tTalent sends you your order.
